REFERRALS!!!

YEA!! My agency made some more referrals this week. So far we know that it is through September. That means that those families were waiting just 6 months and one week for a referral. But we still do not know if the referrals have gone into October. Our agency doesnt tell us how many are in front of us. Most of us are on a Journeys of the Heart yahoo board and try to keep track based on who has entered their information on the data base. It has been pretty accurate, but there are some people not on the yahoo board. That would leave us with our 1/25/08 log in date- or wait list date as around 14 on the list. If the current trend continues we might see a referral at around July. I am shooting for an August referral. Then a speedy process through their court system and hopefully go to Taiwan in December. Of course this is all wishful thinking but not impossible.
