I am so blessed to have wonderful friends. One is a friend that I have known for about 4 years. The other one is a friend that I met through my agency -Journeys of the Heart Yahoo group. Both are named Laura.

Thank you Laura G.- Your thoughtfulness is always appreciated. She has been listening to me on a daily basis about our adoption. She is as excited as we are about bringing our daughter home. Her gift is the first time we have actually seen the name we have chosen down in writing... We love it......

Thank you Laura M.- Your kindness and thoughtfulness is truly a gift. Laura has a daughter she brought home from Taiwan one year ago. Her name is Zoe, and she is a beautiful smart 2 year old. I have had the pleasure to meet her over the summer. I value her friendship a lot. She brought this beautiful fairy box, and little baby ring holder for our daughter.

What wonderful friends you have and I know how important and valuable that kind of support is during the wait ( and beyond! ). :)
Love the sweet things you received and I also noted that you guys started school again last week; I hope it was a smooth transition!!
I remember so well that exciting but exhausting first week of school!
All my best,
Lisa C.

Thanks for stopping by our blog to say Hi!!
It is almost our turns!!! Hard to imagine huh??

Paige was on our list as well, and I love that name!! The things your friends have given you are darling. I too have made some wonderful friends along this LONG journey.

Good luck on the college student(we have two of those) and you will be poor, and you will miss them(for only awhile...until they come home for the first extended visit) But so fun to watch them have so much fun, and start to really grow up and mature...yes that does happen believe it or not.

hold tight, the call is coming!!!
