...It's off to work I go...
Yup today I go back to work after being off for 1 1/2 weeks. Ughh. Hubby will be home painting the office and the baby's room. Cole goes back, and Kyle is still on break. The worst part is definately getting up this early. It is going to be a busy week already according to my calendar. Maybe just maybe we will hear of a hearing date for Paige Min Shan. but I would guess we wont hear anything until the earliest next week.
It is 6:21 pm in Taiwan right now, I wonder what she is doing??
Also if anyone has a great Taiwanese recipe they have tried and you like, please let me know because Chinese New Year is approaching and my peeps and our families will gather again to celebrate. I have a nice dessert I want to make but not a main course yet.... so let me know either by posting in the comments section or sending me an email.

Oooooo, Taiwanese dish - I LOVE IT! Hope work went well today...
Sorry about the work thing! As far as Taiwanese, dishes - I've got nothing! We usually have a big shin dig at a hall and cater chinese food, but this year we will probably be low key since we are hoping to travel soon and don't know when. I am keeping my fingers crossed for some news for you on a hearing...I am sure things will pick up quite a bit once Tien returns.
I hope your first day back went well! It can be exhausting to head back after the holidays!!
And just think...when you get home Paige's room may already be painted! Yay!! It will be beautiful I am certain!
If I spot any yummy main course recipes I will send them along!

Ugh! Work.. my thoughts are with you..lol. I don't have a Taiwan dish par say, but I do have a killer Stir fry I make from scratch on the sauce.. everyone loves it! It is yours if you wish!!
