I just bet your will hear something soon! We heard of our hearing date exactly 1 month after our file had been sent to Taiwan. All together it was 2 months, 8 days from our referral date to our Hearing; a bit longer than some, but I do believe that our judge then made that up a bit with a quicker First Ruling & Final. Our other "hold-up"(Tien's vacation/AIT) was out of everyone's hands....lol....(yep, I can laugh about it now, but it was NOT funny at the time!) :)
All in all, our process will have been 5 1/2 months (actually slightly more) from referral to Family Day....agony while waiting, but as others have said, it does start to fade when you can see that light at the end of the journey!
Hang on kiddo!! Min Shan was so young at referral that she may very well be only 5 or 6 mos. when you bring her home!! I can't wait to see that day!!
Hang in there Lisa... I know it stinks.. try doing 10 months of time with NO ground covered... I feel your pain sweet gal and you just have to keep looking up and forward... Hang in there! You just have to hang in there!!

Hi Lisa! I just started following your blog. We too are adopting from Taiwan. We started over a year ago with China--but those plans fell through. Taiwan just fell into place. Little Min Shan is absolutely adorable! Praying for a hearing date very soon!
