I am totally covinced that I am suffering "pregnancy brain".. something awful. Yesterday I wrote the street number down for my dh to put on the care package that he took up to the post office. He got there like at 12:45 and the post office closed at 1:00. For some reason at around 2:00 I looked at the address on the paper that I wrote the address on and something looked strange. I checked then against the address that it was supposed to be, and sure enough for some strange reason I wrote a 3 intstead of where a 4 should be.... PANIC SET IN. I Debated about telling my husband, and letting the mail system work it out in Taiwan... then of course I thought of Paige and all the personal things I put in there for her... OK...then I decided I had to tell my hubby. He was pretty calm, I was the one totally freaking out. He then said ok get in the car and we will run to the post office. We got in the car and half way there, we spotted a postman in a postal truck. Hubby said I am gonna follow him back to the postoffice. We did... tailgating him the whole time..then we drove through the back gates still following him, and then the man parks and Hubby jumps out of the car and runs up to the post guy....he probably though we were going to highjack him or something... Well hubby explains about the package and what an airhead I am by giving him the wrong address, and this poor guy says ok.. I will see what I can do.
Needless to say... "I love you Mr.Postman!!!" He came out and said it was changed and fixed. Paige's care package is now back on track and on its way to Taiwan..the right address..WHEEWWWW.

I love it! What a great story! I know how much of your self and your love goes into those care packages and can just imagine the panic of finding out you had a wrong digit! I'm so glad you caught it and were able to be at peace knowing for sure that it was headed to the right place!

Oh my, this is something I would do! The poor postman, he will probably laugh about this for a long time. Glad you were able to fix it!
