Saturday , Day 3 in TaiwanAugust 8 2009

Taipei 101 Taipei 101 We survived the Typhoon. Paige had a pretty good 2nd night. She cried a little more than she did the first day.... and she woke up from her sleep last night without opening her eyes and had tears running down her cheeks. Our hearts were sad for her, but we quickly soothed her and she slept untl 5:00 am. She got up had a bottle and then went back for a nap until 7:30... She woke up very happy after her nap. She is truly a happy, easy baby. Today we went to Taipei 101 which is the world's tallest building. Coleton loved it. There is a major mall built around Taipei 101 and it had all upscale stores, like coach, Tiffany, Armani. We will be going back this evening to eat in a restaurant we saw where you cook the food at the table. We put Paige in the Er**go carrier and brought the carriage. Well she wound up sleeping for about 3 hours in the carrier. She really liked to be in there. Oh for those that are going to be traveling here I would greatly suggest SKY**Pe so you can communicate with friends and family back home. We have been doing this daily with our son Kyle back home, my sisters, mom, and good friends. It has made the stay here a seem closer to home, and it helped those waiting to see our daughter feel closer too. We bought a beautiful white coral bracelet for Paige for when she gets older. It is white coral native to Taiwan. Oh and I had my first real bubble tea today. I really liked it!!!! But I was surprised that it tasted so much like tea.
