Today I went with my friend Jo, who adopted her daughter from China, and we went to the family court building to apply for re-adoption. In our state, readoption is recommended and is as easy as filling out some paperwork, and making copies of others. In about a week we should have the completed re-adoption certificate. For us that leaves one last piece, and that is the state data form- sort of like a US birth certificate. Then my baby girl is all set for everything she may want to do when she is older- get married, travel, scholarships-whatever. Phew, I am so happy we are finally at the end of the forever mounds of paper.
After visiting family court we took the girls to MC***DDDDS and my little miss, I will gag on anything that is remotely like babyfood, ate 2 chicken nuggets and some fries..Yup, like she had a full set of teeth, chomping away at her food. She cracks me up!!!
