There really was nothing left for me to ask for Christmas this year. We definately had the best gift of all. Paige was the best present any of us could have had. We had a really good Christmas. Considering how we got a little side tracked with Paige being in the hospital the weekend before, a 2 foot snowstorm (of which I have no pictures because I was in the hospital with Paige. But my sister promises me she will send them of Coleton and his cousins playing in the snow.) I have to say I didn't know how we were going to pull off Christmas this year- especially since it was our year to host. As of Christmas eve we were still wrapping presents. But we managed to pull it all together with a great Christmas day feast for everyone. We spent the usual Christmas eve with my entire family at my parents house. Love all the different fish we get to eat. Then onto Christmas day at our house. Of course there are very few pictures of the actual festivities, because moi is the main picture taker, and I was otherwise busy.
John's brother came from Canada to spend Christmas with us too. Sorry Tova, how did I not get any pictures of you.....
The worse part of it all was that the day after Christmas John and I had the worst virus on the planet. I couldn't get out of bed, thank goodness he could because he took care of Paige for most of the day... But come to find out that a lot of our family got sick on that day as well.... food poisoning? or a virus??? Hmmmmmm. We are all just happy to be well again...
Paige was not so excited to open presents this year, but that's ok, I was very excited to open her presents. My boys seemed to have a great Christmas, and as Coleton exclaimed.. this was the best Christmas ever.... AHH was that for his sister or because he got the xbox360????
I still can not believe that the empty stocking that hung on our mantel last year was filled for the sweet little girl we now have home.... Happy first Christmas Paige.
